If there’s one thing I know, it’s how powerful a Type-A woman can be when her focus is channeled.

I help busy female professionals and new and expecting moms in their 30s, reshape their mindset, reclaim their health, and build a lean, strong body they love—without obsession or extremes. My approach is structured, effective, and rooted in a health-first philosophy.

As a Type-A women who struggled with an eating disorder after my sports career ended, I've been where you are. And I know what it takes to get strong, structured, and sane.
