One of the most difficult things when it comes to creating structure in our lives is meal planning. This short, hands-on intensive is designed to reduce the overwhelm that can come with grocery shopping. We’ll nail down (and actually stick to) a grocery budget while also shopping for nutritious foods that align with your goals and health needs. Together we’ll build your ideal grocery list specific to your preferred store, and I identify and explain the best choices for you.
