I know how this feels . As a “recovered” perfectionist who has suffered through and overcame anorexia nervosa as well as chronic migraine, I know first hand how hard it can feel to prioritize your health while also trying to win the game of life and “adult”.

Once I learned how to become an intuitive eater, balance exercise, and effectively manage my stress levels, I started to become more confident on my body and had a lot more time and energy to devote to things that mattered to my career, finances, and relationships. These are the skills you’ll learn through Liv Your Fit, which is for high achieving women like you, that need that extra reassurance and accountability when it comes to creating habits that will create a happier, more confident, and healthier version of you.
